Additional outdoor storage includes a spacious 11'x18' workshop with 40amp service and the possibility to convert to a studio, garage or carriage house. All structural framing was replaced with pressure treated lumber. The roof and two sides were replaced with galvanized material while the remaining two sides were left for the rustic appearance.
