story the Seller just shared with me about this home- "The large rock on the little porch thing that is greenish blue came from off the coast of Charleston from a research cruise. The cruise was carried out on an old shrimp boat-turned research vessel named the Lady Lisa. (The boat was seized by DNR in a famous drug bust in 1980- McMaster was one of the prosecutors) Anyway the rock was brought up in I believe about 60feet of water. Brought up in a shrimp net from a benthic study, its colors interested my geology friends. Maybe someone will think that story is cool." >)
