A new deck & door from the laundry room were added leading to the patio area w/a lovely hard top gazebo. Most of the lot has been enclosed w/some low pickets & a section of 6' vinyl fencing on the back for added privacy. Along with the new HVAC, all the existing ductwork was fixed and spray foam applied. When the flooring was replaced, all original flooring was removed and all the original sub floor and plumbing were removed & replaced(excluding subfloor in front BR that has no plumbing under) & all polybutylene was replaced with PEX & PVC. Exterior vents were added in bathrooms for proper ventilation. Outdoor receptacles & hose bibs were added & new seamless gutters installed. Some of the high points of the interior renovations include updated bathrooms and kitchen. New washer, dryer and refrigerator(would convey with full price offer). Opening from the sunroom to the main home was extended and windows were replaced(with Low e Argon)& some relocated to increase furniture placement options. New ceiling fans in bedrooms. This 2br/2bath home will make a wonderful year round or part time residence. The park offers a unique beach/lake atmosphere with a new fountain and benches that were added in 2025. There is an onsite manager named Tami who is very friendly and easy to work with. You will need to be approved by the park but there are very few requirements for approval. Most pets are welcome, and they provide trash and yard debris on a weekly basis. The park is owned by Ocean Lakes Camping Resort, and they are always making improvements for the residence. With all of these perks, our fees are still among some of the lowest in the area.
